Perfect for securing thermostat wire to wood framing. A little fussy due to its size; big hands will want to hold them in place with small pliers while nailing.they work well but the nails are to short.Look at the picture you can't even hardly see it! Need to put them fairly close together (8-12") if tacking to drywall as the nail isn't long enough to go through and grab stud so too much distance will cause the weight of cables to pull them out, but they do what they're supposed to do.we liked that they were strong enough for holding our cable onto our shed outside , and the nails holding the clip seemed strong .
