This is quite a bit cheaper than a comparable Thule or Yakima rack and it's easy to see why. I wouldnt trust this with my gear on the roof going down the highwayOverall, the quality of the product looks great. Only downside would be that there’s no padding on the mounting brackets. But can’t complain considering the price of product.Package came in damaged. I don’t mind the scratches since I was planning on spraying some rubber coating, but part of it got dented. Also, clamps were outside of packaging. They should do a better job packing everything so that it doesn’t get damaged while shipping.Waiting for replacement. Will update when I receive it.This product would be great if they took the extra time to cover every bit of exposed metal. It arrived with scratches that eventually showed signs of rusting after one evening of rain. Had to spray paint every welded point and inside of all exposed metal to try and help prevent corrosion. Size is good for a sedan though and hasn't broken yet just disappointed with the quality check on this productworks niceVery nice but the bars are too short only 54”. If the manufacturer change that to at least 60” it will fit the Jeep Wranglers I had to buy longer bars but still it was a good dealThe carrier appears to be sturdy. However, it was damaged and scratched in a few areas. We spray painted (fortunately we had black spray paint) and hammered out the damaged part. The company who makes and ships this item should really make more of an effort in delivering a quality product. Also, they do not include instructions, which it does state. However, they claim its easy to install, but should be installed by a professional. I just personally prefer to have the instructions, no matter who's installing it. Really shotty packaging.Seems ok for the price. It took a little while to put together but otherwise it was fine. It is very light considering its made of aluminum and plastic. So it is not heavy duty but I kinda bought it for the looks not sure yet what I will cary on it yet.Description lacking details. Not easily adjustable and didn’t fit. I ended up using just the basket portion. Selling the cross bars and gutter mounts.The "one page" instructions did not provide all or accurate information of what goes where. Then, after 2 days of assembly, I find it won't fit on my VW van. What a waste of time and money,Took some time to connect the two parts but all good. Replaced the nuts for the attachments with wingnuts for easy dismantle so you dont need a wrench.Product looked sturdy from the pictures but the centre bars do not meet or lock together.Hi there. I need similar hitch system for the roof basket. My question to DNA Motoring is...do you have similar hitch system as per your competitor Rokio? if you have pls advice.thank you+++
