The product works great and is being used on a smoker to hold the door shut since the magnetic closure has failed. These are super easy to install and adjust to whatever your latching needs are.I ordered the 2 pack and received 1 complete and 1 missing a catch. I contacted the seller they were very responsive and sent out a replacement for the 1 missing the latch immediately addressing the only issue I had. This is true customer service at its finest!Rougher, coarser, looser, and smaller than expected. That being said, it is very functional and adjustable, and feels pretty solid when latched. And the price is very reasonable.I wish the handle (the part you grab and pull to unlatch) wasn't oriented the way it is. A 90 degree twist would probably make quite a difference.used these on my pit boss smoker along with some high temp smoker seal to get a better seal on the door.Used on my boat to replace a broken latch. Exactly what i needed. Like the fact its adjustable.So far so good. Just installed these and they feel high quality and were easily adjustable to my application. Be aware- they do not come with mounting screws.seems like a quality productwhat a life saverHad to grind on the hook part to make it work but that.s not the fault of the product. Would recommend it.
